Production & Unique Pieces 🌸

All jewelry is handmade and created to order.
The photos in the shop represent the design and inspiration, but each piece is crafted individually for you.
This means that small variations in color, shape or natural stone patterns may occur — every piece is truly unique.

Right of Withdrawal.

All jewelry is handmade and created specifically to order.
This means each piece is considered a customized item.
For customized items, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act §22).

By placing an order, you agree that production begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal is waived.

Even though the right of withdrawal does not apply, I always want you to be happy with your purchase —
please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All jewelry is handmade with great attention to quality.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible at kontakt@zenzbyzahra.no

Once we have been in contact and agreed on the return, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
I will then assess the issue and find a good solution together with you.

Please note:
Normal wear on elastic cord, metal components, and natural stones is not considered a defect.
I recommend following the Jewelry Care Guide for proper maintenance.

For defective or faulty items, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the customer.

Delivery

Production time is normally 1–5 business days.
Your order will be shipped with tracking, and you will receive a notification once your jewelry is on its way.
The responsibility for the item transfers to you once it has been delivered to your address.
