Production time is normally 1–5 business days, depending on the design and materials.

Shipping within Norway

Orders are shipped with Posten/Bring and sent as tracked packages.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to selected European countries

Zenz ships to a selection of European countries (excluding Eastern Europe).
Orders are sent with tracking, and delivery times vary depending on destination.

Shipping rates for each country are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Please note that customers outside Norway are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import fees that may apply.

Responsibility & delays

Zenz is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, holidays or customs processes.
Please ensure your address is entered correctly — packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Responsibility for the package transfers to you once it has been delivered to your address.
