🌿 Jewelry Repairs 🪡

All pieces are handmade with care, and my wish is that they can bring you joy for a long time.
If something happens, I offer repairs – whether the piece arrived with an issue, or has been worn and loved over time.

✨ When your jewelry needs repair

If a piece has a defect, a weakness in the materials or craftsmanship upon delivery,
or breaks shortly after you receive it, I will repair it for you at no cost.
In these cases, I also cover the shipping both ways, so you can shop with confidence.

✨ Wear and accidents

Elastic bracelets can lose some of their stretch over time, and natural stones or metal components may get marks if exposed to rough use, water or chemicals.
This is considered normal wear and not a defect — but I’m happy to help with repairs or re-stringing for an agreed fee.

For these types of repairs:

• The customer covers shipping both ways.

• Please include all beads/stones when you send the piece back.
  If something is missing, I’ll do my best to find a good solution, but extra material costs may apply.

• We will always agree on this together in advance, so you know what to expect.

Sometimes a piece simply needs a little extra love and refresh — not because it’s broken, but because it has been worn and cherished.
I can also help with cleaning, adjusting size, changing clasps or replacing beads. Feel free to reach out so we can find the best solution for your piece.

Send me an email at kontakt@zenzbyzahra.no with a short description of the issue (and a photo if possible). Together we’ll decide whether it should be repaired, re-strung, or if a new piece is the best option.
